Mariona: Excuse me.
Sílvia: Hello. How can I help you?
Mariona: I'd like to return a pair of jeans which are too small, please.
Sílvia: OK. What's the problem with it?
Mariona: Well', I bought it for my grandmother but it's too small.
Sílvia: Do you want a smaller size?
Mariona: There aren't any more. I've already checked.
Sílvia: I see. Have you got receipt?
Mariona: Yes, here you are.
Sílvia: Thanks. Well, you can choose another one, or I can give you a refund.
Mariona: I'll have another one, please.
